Refurbished phones: what is it.

Refurbished phones are the handsets sent back to Apple/blackberry/Nokia factories for repair work, with parts cleaned, or replaced as necessary, repacked, and sent back to the stores for sale. This whole process is completely official and legitimate, and the refurbished unit you get is just as good as a new one, except for the 'refurbished' tag.


So we can not say refurbished phones are old phones. It comes with warranty too.


Apple is already selling refurbished starting from iphone 3G.
Recently there was news that Apple launching refurbished iphone 4 in India at very attractive prices.

Factory unlocked phone devices: What is it

Factory unlocked phones comes without any locking to the carrier. so you can freely change the compatible sim from any vendor.
Example: Usual nokia phones are unlocked one. because we can use any at&t, t-mobile, aircel, airtel or vodafone sim in it.
